Numerous excursions are planned to reinforce learning, meaning learners apply their new-found language skills while exploring English culture and heritage. Official camp activities are held in English, so learners are fully immersed and develop their skills across camp life.

Excursions around the UK

During the course of your two-week stay at Reddam House Summer Camp, you will have two full day excursions. Examples of these will be a day trip to London to take in the sites on an open topped bus and discover the history of the UK’s capital city, or a day trip to the historic town of Windsor to walk the Long Walk, discover the delightful shops in Windsor Town Centre and take a tour of the famed castle.

At the weekend, residential campers will have the opportunity to engage in a full day of onsite ‘wellness’ activities and a ‘Big Day Out’ to places such as Warwick Castle, Thorpe Park and Harry Potter World.
