Our Middle School Co-Curricular programme is an essential part of our 'Three Pillar' approach. It offers a wide diversity of activities chosen to promote students' holistic development. We aim to enhance our students' experience by allowing them the space and time to develop socially, academically and physically, and there is also the option to complete their homework or simply unwind after a busy day in supervised environments (Social & Chill Club in the Middle and Senior School).

All Year 9 students participate in the Combined Cadet Force (CCF). The program instructs cadets in essential skills like first aid, map reading, and survival. Regular field days, as well as weekend and summer camps, provide cadets with opportunities to refine their abilities at nearby military training facilities, under the guidance of experienced armed forces personnel.

During the Middle School years, students undertake a programme of physical education which focuses on the importance of exercise for physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings provide opportunities to engage in competitive leagues and matches against local schools through games. We really value the collaborative aspect of team sports and actively encourage students to also take part in House sporting events. Our sports offerings encompass a diverse range, including team sports like football, rugby, hockey, netball, tennis, and individual activities like gymnastics, swimming, athletics, circuits, fitness training, and pilates.
